Job Overview

F1 Arcade is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Boston Seaport District. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for soliciting and booking events, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our new location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and book events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tour operators, and other stakeholders
  • Provide innovative and timely proposals, showcasing thorough knowledge of client needs
  • Write and price contracts, ensuring seamless execution of events
  • Analyze market and venue trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a hospitality sales role, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Tripleseat, SevenRooms, and Toast, preferred
  • Understanding of venue operations, including FOH and BOH procedures
