About the Role

Essity's Health and Medical Solutions team is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to manage and increase the Hydrofera product portfolio sales within a designated geographic territory. This role is responsible for driving sales within a territory or strategic metropolitan areas, targeting multiple call points throughout the continuum of care, with a primary focus on Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing key accounts and converting competitors in all areas of the healthcare market.
  • Develop and effectively communicate clinical and product knowledge to customers.
  • Assess customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within targeted accounts.
  • Interact with advanced practice clinicians and shape product choice decisions.
  • Execute the sales process, including contract implementation and penetration of key GPO and IDN awards.
  • Maintain and increase penetration in existing accounts and healthcare systems.
  • Coordinate opportunities internally and externally with customers.
  • Plan and execute territory and account strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Additional experience in Business to Business sales is helpful.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess high integrity, strategic thinking, and a team player mindset.
  • Fluency in Microsoft programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems is recommended.
