Job Summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a knack for sales and numbers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to develop sales opportunities and solving problems through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with management and service technicians to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
  • Responsible for achieving sales objectives and meeting performance targets.
Requirements
  • Possess strong technical applications and mechanical systems knowledge.
  • Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers.
  • Experience with blue prints/plans and specs is a plus.
  • Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.
  • References must be able to attest to your outstanding work ethic, reliability, self-motivation, and goal-oriented nature.
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
