Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at American Glass Professionals. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with their windshield needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

American Glass Professionals is a rapidly growing company in the state of Florida, committed to providing top-notch service to our customers while ensuring their safety on the road. We pride ourselves on our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in the service drive and assist them with the check-in process.
  • Perform a detailed inspection of each vehicle to identify windshield damage.
  • Inform customers of our windshield replacement services and any applicable warranties.
  • Schedule windshield replacement appointments for interested customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
