Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in large volume infusion devices, protecting and upgrading our installed base, and promoting our disposables, services, and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital sales specialists, buying influences, and executive-level decision-makers
  • Prepare and present financial analysis, proposals, clinical, and competitive analysis to customers and prospects
  • Manage account strategies, including committee presentations, product evaluations, and executive suite proposals
  • Negotiate capital equipment proposals and co-manage pricing on captured disposables and services within management guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive activity regarding pricing and sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Train and support Inside Technical Sales (ITS) representatives as needed on pump sales techniques, product knowledge, and competitive sales strategies
  • Drive win-win relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Prospect and qualify territory for new leads through sales calls in person and over the telephone
  • Achieve 100% of sales plan
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in the sales of IV infusion devices at a competitive company or within B. Braun as an ITS or Continuing Care Representative
  • Proven track record of success at B. Braun or at a competitive company
  • Frequent overnight business travel (domestic)
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile registration and insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Related training in selling and negotiating
  • Completion of B. Braun's graduate training curriculum
