Pumping Solutions, a DXP company, is looking for a Client Support Specialist to handle outbound communications, follow up on inquiries, and manage quotes and leads. This position is based in our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries about our products and services
  • Processing customer orders received via phone
  • Verifying stock availability and shipping timelines
  • Providing price quotes, fulfilling orders according to customer requirements, and managing sales data through our systems
  • Supporting the external sales team by preparing quotes and sourcing necessary products

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in computer applications, including VOIP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and CRM data entry
  • Enthusiastic and capable of working independently
  • Prior experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills, organizational abilities, multitasking, and a customer-centric approach
  • Regular in-person attendance is essential
  • Familiarity with pumps and hydraulic systems is advantageous
  • General understanding of fluid dynamics
