Position Title: Patient Services Technician

Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the outpatient treatment program under the guidance of the Social Services Manager.
  • Perform data entry tasks and manage Urine Analysis collection.
  • Propose and advocate for modifications in program policies and procedures.
  • Provide high-quality services in the least restrictive environment possible.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant office experience.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet applications, and database management.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and follow directions from program administrative staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in the human services sector.
  • A background in human development, chemical dependency, group dynamics, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in Urine Analysis collection and monitoring is advantageous.
