Position Summary:
As a pivotal member of our organization, the Sales Director will spearhead the marketing and public relations strategies for our continuing care retirement community (CCRC). This role is essential in achieving optimal occupancy rates and surpassing sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to formulate and implement effective marketing initiatives.
- Drive individual and team sales performance to meet established objectives.
- Analyze market data and telemarketing efforts to refine strategies and improve lead conversion.
- Cultivate relationships with potential residents and referral sources to enhance community visibility.
- Oversee and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Coordinate with advertising partners and senior management on promotional activities.
- Manage the sales department budget, aligning expenditures with strategic goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior marketing or sales leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic marketing within a CCRC setting.
