Job Title: Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Devise and implement effective sales strategies to surpass revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead and mentor a sales team toward high performance.
  • Set clear goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct sales meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Create tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Sales Operations and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting to senior management.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall goals.

Market and Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Represent the company at industry events to promote products and services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Extensive sales leadership experience, preferably in gaming or technology.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
