Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Financial Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, marketing for new and continued customer business, and preparing and processing loans and income tax returns.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service both on the phone and in-person, ensuring that customers have a positive and lasting experience with our company.
  • Business Development: Market for new and continued customer business, identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Loan and Tax Preparation: Prepare and process loans and income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial services.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Team Player: A team player with a positive attitude, who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
