Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to contribute to a variety of engineering projects and documentation efforts. This role involves assisting in the preparation of essential reports and documents necessary for construction and project development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of due diligence reports, construction documentation, drainage assessments, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Utilize various resources such as reports, maps, engineering plans, and aerial imagery to analyze soil characteristics, terrain, and hydrological data.
  • Implement jurisdictional requirements, including zoning and subdivision regulations, into engineering designs.
  • Develop comprehensive engineering drawings from initial concepts to final construction documents, focusing on site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Support the assessment of zoning, ordinances, and permits to evaluate project feasibility based on gathered data.
  • Provide field observation services as required, applying engineering expertise and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders on various project tasks and assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and regulations at all levels.
