About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in a specified region or major geographical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive results and meet or exceed sales performance expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and managed care organizations
  • Stay up-to-date on business analytics, including customer data, resources, and tools, to inform sales decisions
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations on our products to target healthcare professionals
  • Manage territory effectively by analyzing data to target high-prescribing healthcare professionals and developing account and territory plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred
  • Previous pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving history required
  • Ability to lift sample boxes up to 25 pounds
