RESUMEN DEL PUESTO

El Supervisor de Retail Senior será responsable de liderar a los Asociados de Tienda en las operaciones diarias del establecimiento. Su objetivo es proporcionar dirección cuando sea necesario y ser un ejemplo constante de un servicio al cliente excepcional. Actuará como un experto en productos para educar, informar y equipar al cliente para cualquier ocasión. Tendrá una mentalidad de "BYLT para usted" y será un verdadero embajador de la marca.

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES

  • Orientar y asistir a los Asociados de Retail con las tareas operativas diarias.
  • Atender las necesidades de compra y transacciones de los clientes.
  • Realizar tareas de merchandising según el plan de presentación.
  • Ejecutar procedimientos adecuados de recepción y almacenamiento.
  • Contar y conciliar los cajones de la caja registradora.
  • Preparar depósitos y solicitar cambio al banco.
  • Asegurar que el inventario de la tienda sea inspeccionado, retirado o rotado regularmente según el Programa de Revisión de Frescura de Productos.
  • Mantener un ambiente seguro, limpio y agradable para clientes y asociados.
  • Diseñar un horario mensual y asignar tareas para fomentar un flujo de trabajo eficiente y efectivo.
  • Establecer y crear una guía de procedimientos operativos estándar para las operaciones diarias de retail.

EXPERIENCIA/HABILIDADES PREFERIDAS:

  • Experiencia previa en retail y supervisión.
  • Excelente comunicador con la capacidad de utilizar tecnología de manera efectiva y relacionarse con clientes y su equipo para alcanzar objetivos.
  • Capacidad para manejar interacciones con clientes y posibles problemas/quejas de manera cortés y profesional.
  • Utilizar habilidades básicas de recopilación de información para resolver problemas.
  • Capacidad para aprender conocimientos procedimentales adquiridos a través de la capacitación en el trabajo.
  • Establecer metas de ventas.
  • Capacidad para motivar a un equipo.
  • Conocimiento de productos BYLT.
  • Nivel de energía en un entorno dinámico.
  • Fiabilidad.
