Key Responsibilities

  • Our mission is to enhance customers' experiences, promote our products, and foster a fun shopping environment.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the team to ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Establish and uphold high standards of customer service throughout the store and among team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
  • Encourage upselling techniques to optimize sales.
  • Oversee inventory management and restock the sales floor as necessary.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to the highest cleanliness and merchandising standards.
