Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. Your role will include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
  • Managing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising
  • Upholding our high standards of service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining consistent and predictable onsite attendance

  • Experience in retail
  • Previous supervisory or management roles

Physical Requirements:

Applicants should be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for extended periods
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
  • Push or pull with arms up to 20 pounds
  • Bend and twist as needed
  • Manipulate objects with hands, including climbing ladders
