About This Opportunity
Schultz & Williams is seeking a seasoned Digital Account Executive to lead the development and execution of digital components for multichannel fundraising, advocacy, and membership campaigns. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to drive results-oriented campaigns.
We're looking for a highly skilled professional with advanced knowledge of digital strategy and execution, strong project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills. If you're passionate about empowering nonprofits to achieve their missions, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and execute digital campaigns for multiple clients, managing projects from concept to execution and evaluation
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to integrate digital program elements into larger organizational efforts
- Build and maintain audience participation in digital programs, ensuring continuous engagement
- Analyze and apply creative thinking to improve digital programs, driving results-oriented campaigns
- Create tailored content for audiences and organizations, leveraging deep understanding of content, user experience, and design
- Manage client project schedules and track digital work in progress, ensuring timely delivery and success
- 5-7 years of experience in digital roles within fundraising, advocacy, or public affairs sectors
- 3+ years of direct response or digital fundraising experience
- Agency and/or nonprofit experience preferred
