SparkCognition is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to drive sales of our Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions to Renewable Energy clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term consultative sales strategies to win new logos and grow a pipeline to meet business revenue plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of project scope and ROI analysis to quantify project value and structure commercial deals accordingly
- Utilize value selling techniques to demonstrate the tangible economic value of our products and services to senior management and executive levels
- Collaborate with sales, technical, executive, product development, financial, and other support resources to deliver exceptional client engagements and repeat business opportunities
- Develop strong business and financial knowledge of our offerings and emerging technology trends in Renewable Energy
- Effectively communicate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations both internally and externally
- 7-10+ years of work experience in sales success and/or work experience in AI/ML SaaS software solutions
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Renewable Energy industry experience, preferably in wind, solar, or BESS
- Demonstrated ability to open new markets and penetrate whitespace accounts
- Demonstrated ability to sell at senior management and executive levels, focusing on business outcomes
- MBA
- Experience in Renewable Energy Asset Management or Operations and Maintenance
