Recreation Coordinator

CAMBA is seeking a Recreation Coordinator to join our team at the Broadway House Women's Shelter in Bushwick. As a Recreation Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running and supervision of recreational program staff and services in accordance with program goals, targets, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise recreational program staff and services
- Develop and implement recreational programs for clients
- Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve program goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
- Licensed Master's degree in Art Therapy preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays
