Direct Support Professional Needed for OPWDD and OMH Residence

Positions Available: Full-Time, Part-Tim,  Per Diem ; Overnight and Afternoon shifts.

Some Essential Duties:
  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Implement behavior management techniques when necessary.
  • Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid Drivers’ License.
  • Experience in senior care, patient care, or mental health is preferred.
  • Knowledge of direct support practices and principles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals under your care.
  • Capability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
