Sales Manager

EMCOR Services Aircond is a leading commercial and industrial heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) service company in the Southeast.
The Sales Manager - Projects is responsible for managing and developing the Project Sales team at EMCOR Aircond, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Business Development.
This position requires strategic planning, pipeline management, and a strong focus on customer experience, while driving sales performance and team development.
The ideal candidate will have extensive sales and management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead independently to achieve company goals.
Travel is required, 50%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales pipeline for all opportunities within the projects group through Aircond's CRM.
- Coach team to develop and execute effective marketing plans to increase overall projects pipeline with new and existing customers.
- Provide monthly forecast reports for all project base bookings.
- Own the capital project pipeline and planning process with existing customer base.
- Promote customer centric communication and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5- 7 years of sales experience.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Suites.
