About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Utilize your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Requirements
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets is required.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations is necessary.
