Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Seco Tools is seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in the Georgia region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical sales, with expertise in the cutting tools market. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will represent Seco Tools and its comprehensive metal cutting solutions to a diverse clientele across various sectors, including automotive, power generation, oil & gas, mold & die, construction, agriculture, and firearms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 60% - End User Account Management & New Business Development- Develop new end user customers and manage and mine existing customer accounts to assure customer retention and development of new business opportunities for increased product sales.
  • 25% - Distributor Channel Partner Account Management & New Business Development- Optimize sales with distribution channel partners through joint calls, end user leads, and technical product support.
  • 15% - Administration - Territory planning, sales administrative activities, and reporting.
Requirements:

This role requires a results-oriented, self-directed sales professional with technical aptitude and a proactive, consultative, solution-oriented approach and ability to adapt to various scenarios and situations to support customer requirements. Metal cutting knowledge and experience are required.
