Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CDPAP Coordinator to join our team at Venture Forthe Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) participants, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete intakes as scheduled and submit completed Consumer packets electronically to Docuware within 24 hours
  • Train Personal Assistants (PAs) on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) during the intake process
  • Request authorizations from insurance companies
  • Conduct 90-day reviews and ensure accurate contact information for participants and their PAs
  • Handle incoming calls, troubleshoot issues, and provide problem-solving support
  • Conduct in-home client consultations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CDPAP Director
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2+ years of work experience in healthcare
  • Associate's Degree and 2-4+ years of work experience in healthcare
  • At least one year of experience in a related role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Word processing and spreadsheet skills
  • Data manipulation and systems development experience
  • Multidisciplinary understanding of the corporation
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

The physical demands of this role require exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or leg controls. The work environment is primarily office-based, with occasional on-the-road travel.
