Job Title: CDPAP Coordinator

Venture Forthe Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CDPAP Coordinator to join our team. As a CDPAP Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete intakes as scheduled and submit completed Consumer packets electronically to Docuware within 24 hours.
  • Train Personal Assistants (PAs) on the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system during the intake process.
  • Request authorizations from insurance companies and complete 90-day reviews.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Consumers and Designated Representatives (DRs).
  • Handle concerns related to Payroll and HR.
  • Assist management with internal investigations and work with HR to activate/terminate Personal Assistants for the CDPAP program.
  • Communicate under/over utilization to Consumers/DRs and provide ongoing education to PAs on EVV.
  • Ensure accurate contact information for Consumers/DRs and their PAs.
  • Assist with unbilled claims and handle incoming calls for the department.
  • Conduct in-home client consultations as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2+ years of work experience in healthcare.
  • Associate's Degree and 2-4+ years of work experience in healthcare.
  • At least one year of experience in a related role.
