Job Title: CDPAP Coordinator

Venture Forthe Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CDPAP Coordinator to join our team. As a CDPAP Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing caseloads, ensuring timely and accurate completion of intakes, and providing exceptional customer service to our participants and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants, ensuring timely completion of intakes and submission of completed Consumer packets electronically to Docuware within 24 hours.
  • Complete PA intakes, inform participants of necessary medical requirements, and train Personal Assistants on the EVV during the intake process.
  • Request authorizations from insurance companies and complete 90-day reviews.
  • Serve as the point of contact for participants and their Designated Representatives (DRs), handling any concerns with Payroll and HR.
  • Collaborate with HR to efficiently activate and terminate Personal Assistants for the CDPAP program in all regions.
  • Communicate under/over utilization to participants and DRs, working closely with Billing & Payroll Support to resolve any issues.
  • Provide ongoing education to Personal Assistants on the EVV and ensure accurate contact information for participants, DRs, and their Personal Assistants.
  • Assist in unbilled claims and handle incoming calls for the department, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct in-home client consultations as needed and perform other duties assigned by the CDPAP Director.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-2+ years of work experience in healthcare, or Associate's Degree and 2-4+ years of work experience in healthcare, or at least one year of experience in a related role.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Word Processing and Spreadsheets, data manipulation, and systems development.
  • Critical thinking and multidisciplinary understanding of the corporation.
