We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Waco, Texas. As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing them with the support and care they need to recover and thrive.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
  • A valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states of agency operation
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
