About the Role:
We are seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our pediatric home health team. As an SLPA, you will work directly with children and families in a unique home setting, providing therapy services that promote communication and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to children in their homes
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and therapy sessions
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Active state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and insurance
