Salary Range: $57,700 - $79,500 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an SLP with CenterWell Primary Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to patients in their homes or facilities. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve optimal health outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
  • Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist/speech language pathologist
  • Home health experience a plus
  • Current and unrestricted license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Good organizational and communication skills
