About the Role

The LCSW will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to address patient's mental health needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve improved health outcomes
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation for billing purposes
Requirements
  • Master Degree in Social Work
  • Two years post-graduate experience
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (KY)

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
