We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kentucky for a 100% remote position.

Job Overview

Vivo HealthStaff is dedicated to providing high-quality addiction treatment services, and we are looking for a skilled LCSW to join our team.

Responsibilities

This role requires managing a panel of patients with varying levels of need in close coordination with an addiction medicine provider. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychosocial needs assessments and developing treatment plans for new patients.
  • Stratifying the assigned panel by need and delivering case management, care coordination, therapy, and counseling services.
  • Coordinating care between patients, healthcare providers, primary care providers, and specialty mental health services to facilitate effective patient-centered, team-based care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate-level program.
  • FL licensed LCSW certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience providing direct care for individuals diagnosed with addiction, including individual and group-based psychotherapy.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Problem-Solving Treatment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
  • Flexibility to work early evening hours (up to 7pm schedule).
