Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary care team at Norton Medical Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to provide integrated mental health services to patients in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and address patient's mental health needs through comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice interventions.
- Conduct psychiatric diagnostic assessments, psychosocial assessments, and create behavioral health treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to meet the medical and mental health needs of patients and their families.
- Manage emergent mental health needs, including acute anxiety, depression, and crisis interventions.
- Document patient progress and ensure timely completion of billing documentation.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Two years post-graduate experience as a social worker.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (KY) certification.
- One year of experience as a social worker.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
