About the Role

The Mental Health Therapist functions as a core member of a Collaborative Care team, working closely with primary care providers and psychiatric professionals. The therapist's primary role is to guide Collaborative Care, a population health approach to treating patients.

This position offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Telehealth screening and intake for patients presenting at outpatient offices
  • Development and implementation of treatment plans that may include individual brief therapy or referral to behavioral health services
  • Education and enhancing motivation and participation in behavioral health treatment
