We are a dynamic and innovative financial services company committed to helping businesses secure the capital they need to grow. Our personalized approach ensures tailored financing solutions that meet each business's unique needs, empowering them to thrive and reach their goals.

Our vision extends beyond traditional collections-we are in the process of building a standalone collection agency. This agency will manage not only our internal bad debt but also bad debt from other merchant cash advance (MCA) firms, businesses, and distressed debt acquisitions. We are investing in top talent and technology to create a market-leading collections agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for collections activities, ensuring scalability as the business grows.
  • Lead and mentor a team of collections specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success.
  • Engage with clients to address outstanding balances, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of case files, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Utilize data analytics to track payment behaviors, identify high-risk accounts, and develop tailored collection strategies.
  • Manage the timely and accurate receipt of payments, working closely with processors and tracking payment statuses.
  • Ensure all collections activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and debt collection laws.
  • Drive the expansion of the collections department into a full-service agency, capable of handling external bad debt and distressed assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial collections, with a focus on scaling collections operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UCC filings, secured transaction laws, and experience with the New York court system.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, ROI calculations, and forecasting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management abilities.

What We Offer:

Join us at the ground level as we build a top-tier collection agency within the MCA industry. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our collections operations and grow with the company. We offer a competitive compensation package ($80,000 to $120,000 per year), along with the chance to be part of a fast-moving, transformative company. If you are ready to take your career to the next level and contribute to a groundbreaking journey, please apply today.
