Responsibilities

Safety:

Conduct all tasks safely, adhering to required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety regulations.

Behavior-Based Safety Participation:

Foster a collaborative team environment and approach.

Meet established productivity benchmarks.

Complete necessary documentation.

Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues related to the team or machinery.

Make necessary adjustments to equipment.

Propose enhancements to processes or procedures.

Collaborate with laboratory personnel, Team Leader, and Senior Team Leader on issues and improvements.

Perform 6S and other housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Achieve and maintain Operator Certification.

Provide training to others as required.

Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Willingness to obtain Internal Operator Certification.
