Job Title: Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment operations to improve product quality, production capability, and operating costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment operations within an injection molding manufacturing environment.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve performance goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize efficiency and quality of non-woven products.
  • Oversee the operation of 8 production lines and ensure seamless production processes.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
  • 3-5 years of process engineering experience in a production environment, preferably in plastics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with experience in Quality Windows and Minitab.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a rolled goods manufacturing setting.
  • Process improvement experience on raw materials or extruders.
