Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the uptime and safety of all process, ancillary, and facilities equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain plant safety objectives
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and hold team members and contractors accountable for safe work practices
  • Maintain ISO-compliant maintenance records and implement preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Support budget preparation and cost justification for projects
  • Support regulatory compliance and lead investment projects
  • Utilize reliability engineering principles to enhance equipment performance and minimize failures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field (Process, Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical)
  • 3 years of experience in a maintenance, Reliability, or related field
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to provide backup for Maintenance Leader
  • Experience working in a manufacturing (plastics) environment
  • Any form of safety certification
  • Experience working with plastics (woven plastics)
  • ISO certification
  • Six Sigma Black or Green belt certification
