Product Management Specialist

Job Summary:
The LYCRA Company is seeking a skilled Finished Product Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the process of finished product rework, product disposition, and daily CPK data for all HyFit fiber products sold to Proctor and Gamble.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily CPK data, coordinating with the PT Lab, working within PQM-g and SAP.
- Coordinate with Order Fulfillment and work within P&G's GSQA eCOA system to submit CPK data for batch approval on short notice.
- Manage COA data and troubleshoot failures, as well as retriggering outputs to customers.
- Manage daily and ongoing product holds in SAP, corralling product into Blocked Stock or Quality Inspection as it arrives at the warehouse.
- Work with Technical group to appropriately disposition held product, and work with Supply Chain to plan movement of non-standard product to the correct outlet.
- Return material from Quality Inspection and coordinate activities in the Job Shop with written communication around evolving priorities and detailing complicated rework requests.
- Coordinate product returned to the site upon request.
- Provide information as requested regarding inventory levels, outbound deliveries, non-steady state events, product dispositions, and sub-codes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or operations environment.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products and overall strong computer skills.
- SAP experience with product flow management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher.
- Demonstrated strong written/verbal communication skills and working relationships.
- Experience working within the site's quality management system.
