Job Title: Technical Specialist

Job Summary:
Brenntag is seeking a Technical Specialist to join our team in Waynesboro, USA. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to the sales team on chemical products, as well as interacting with clients to troubleshoot process and equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and training to the sales team on chemical products.
  • Interact with clients to troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
  • Develop process models and simulations to optimize client facilities.
  • Research and develop new products to prevent or minimize future client technical and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with clients on new facility commissioning and start-up problems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong technical background and support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and ProMax/ProTreat process simulator.
