Job Title: Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team in Waynesboro, USA. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our sales team, as well as interacting with clients to troubleshoot process and equipment issues.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to educate and train the sales team on chemical products.
  • Offer analytical support and process recommendations to clients to increase sales on existing and new accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients and the sales team to resolve process and equipment issues.
  • Develop and deliver informational training seminars to clients on chemical products and address technical or operational issues.
  • Develop process models and simulations of client facilities and recommend optimization options.
  • Participate in client new facility commissioning and start-up problems.
  • Conduct research and development of new products to prevent or minimize future client technical and operational issues.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Strong technical background and support experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requests and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills among various business groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and ProMax and ProTreat process simulator.
