Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at our Vintage Oaks @ Novato store. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, operating as the Manager on Duty, and performing operational and transactional functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client services, ensuring that clients receive a personalized and engaging experience
  • Operate as the Manager on Duty, assuming responsibility for the store in the absence of management
  • Perform operational and transactional functions, including handling client service issues and issuing approvals for desk transactions
  • Support the business strategy, adjusting to effectively reach goals and driving revenue through proactive management of the client experience
  • Utilize tools to ensure a client-focused team environment, driving volume and anticipating clients' needs
  • Coach associates on client interactions and performance to maximize productivity and capture client opportunities
  • Assume PIN and signature privileges for register functions requiring approval, and utilize reports to make effective merchandising decisions
  • Ensure optimal coverage and productivity in all areas of the store through scheduling and completing daily tasks to ensure store operations run smoothly
Requirements
  • Client Service: Ensure that clients remain the top priority while balancing required tasks and overall store operations
  • Store Operations and Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Merchandising: Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement and maintain with Premium Brands Services, LLC guidelines
  • Accuracy: Ability to handle cash and provide change without error, and capture accurate information for all transactions
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, members of management, business partners, and store associates
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts
Education and Experience
  • Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum six months Sales Associate experience with Premium Brands Services, LLC or equivalent experience with another retailer in a position of sales associate or higher
  • Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred
