Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the sale and closure of homes while enhancing the customer experience within the designated community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, process transactions, and finalize home sales in alignment with the company's strategic objectives, prioritizing an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate in a supportive and proactive team atmosphere.
- Participate in community-related events organized by the division.
- Follow the company's sales philosophy while assisting homebuyers and realtors, utilizing all available sales and organizational resources. This includes guiding clients through model homes, under-construction models, and available lots.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients from initial engagement through to post-closing, documenting all interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Engage with the local community to generate sales through realtor partnerships, referrals, and self-initiated prospecting.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, including products, locations, community dynamics, sales trends, marketing, and demographics.
- Track and record daily customer interactions using designated company tools.
- Regularly compile data and prepare timely reports for the company.
- Participate in homeowner orientations as required by the division, assisting clients with their builder option selections when applicable.
- Engage in neighborhood marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the field team to ensure the sales office and models are well-maintained and secure.
- Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss community performance and sales strategies, either virtually or in person as scheduled.
- Lead or assist in the preparation of documentation to ensure timely escrow closures.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A valid California Real Estate License is required by state regulations.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience is essential.
- Experience in new home sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with sales programs, policies, and procedures is necessary.
- A current understanding of the homebuilding and residential real estate sectors is preferred.
- Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations is crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
