Job Overview

BMO Financial is seeking a skilled Mass Affluent Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of mass affluent clients across multiple branch locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to grow the client portfolio.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, including deposit, loan, and insurance offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch business partners and other teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with knowledge of banking products and practices.
  • Licenses: SIE Exam, Series 6, Series 63, Life & Health licenses (if not currently held, required within six months of role start date).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $61,600 and $114,400 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience. BMO Financial offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
