SALARY: $100,000 - $118,750, eligible for bonuses and long-term incentives

LOCATION: Open to candidates residing in various Midwest cities.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our renowned brands. We recognize that our people are our greatest asset, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to contribute to our shared vision. Are you prepared to take on this challenge?

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enhance sales and market share of our Non-Alcoholic portfolio (including Ghost Energy and Ghost Hydration) within designated Key Accounts.Oversee comprehensive account management; implement promotional programs and brand initiatives.Utilize a full suite of sales tools (BIR, IRI, Power BI, Nielsen, etc.) to drive performance.Maintain proactive communication with Non-Alcoholic Managers, Commercial teams, and Wholesaler partners.Assess strategies and action plans against budget allocations; manage financial resources effectively.Contribute to the formulation and execution of the annual account strategy.Facilitate the communication of wholesaler pricing to chain accounts.Monitor and evaluate business performance in key metrics through regular Performance Reviews; develop action plans to address performance gaps.Manage channel strategies, including Price & Promotional Planning, Retail Programming, and continuous improvement in in-store conditions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's Degree is required (preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field).Fundamental understanding of retail strategies, particularly in Category Management and data-driven selling.Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.Strong analytical abilities with a focus on making data-informed recommendations.Familiarity with syndicated data and analytical tools is advantageous.Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, administrative, and organizational skills.Experience in field and retail sales within the beverage or consumer products sectors is preferred.Ability to achieve positive outcomes in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving ambitious targets.Understanding of the A-B wholesaler network and processes is a plus.
