Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Needs-Based Review: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
  • Communication: Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth of our agency.
