We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team at D Aceto Services LLC. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the support system.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
