About the Customer Success Manager Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our Customer Success Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving value and retention, and ensuring their success with our solution.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, establishing a proactive and consultative relationship to drive value and retention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals and business objectives, aligning our solution to help them achieve success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for product improvements and drive client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to track key account metrics, developing strategies to deliver a world-class experience for our clients.
  • Act as a change manager for our largest clients, building trust with key stakeholders and implementing strategies to make complex change seamless.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or a client-facing role.
  • Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding key metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with Hubspot and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000, with a bonus structure.
