Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

GeoStabilization International is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in procurement activities, including researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, and preparing purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
  • Support the coordination of logistics and transportation activities, including tracking shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and resolving transportation-related issues.
  • Assist in analyzing historical data and market trends to contribute to demand forecasting and planning.
  • Help maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, and assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Participate in process improvement projects to enhance supply chain efficiency, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and optimize processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities, such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records.
  • Analyze supply chain data to provide insights and recommendations for improving supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain and procurement.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation of Winter 2025 or Summer 2026.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing supply chain dynamics.

Salary Range: $20.00 to $28.00 HR

Location: GeoStabilization Corporate Headquarters, 10225 Westmoor Drive, Suite 205, Westminster, CO
