Job Description

GeoStabilization International is seeking a skilled Master Crew Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive schedules for construction projects.

You will collaborate with various departments, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient resource allocation, timely project completion, and adherence to deadlines. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to analyze and assess scheduling needs, while your excellent time management and organizational skills will ensure accuracy in scheduling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and evaluating scheduling needs for various construction projects
  • Ensuring efficient use of resources and optimizing scheduling processes
  • Communicating effectively with team members to confirm availability and resolve conflicts
  • Monitoring and adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies
  • Maintaining accurate records of schedules
  • Reconciling project information using system outputs and scheduling meetings
  • Generating and updating reports to track efficiencies
  • Data management duties include ensuring timely and accurate transmission of data between our ERP systems for drill inventory, crew counts, job completion information, and schedule date changes

Qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in scheduling or a related field
  • Experience in construction, logistics, procurement, supply chain, and compliance strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze and assess scheduling needs
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members
  • Proficient in using scheduling software tools, as well as new trend software tools to streamline existing processes

This is a hybrid position based out of our Westminster, Colorado office. Our in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with other days available for remote work.
