Pet Care Center Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pet Care Center Operations Specialist to join our team at Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of merchandising and inventory strategies across our Pet Care Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed to create a great presentation for our guests.
- Process register transactions in a way that creates a great experience for each guest.
- Be proficient within our selling model and support guest interactions as needed.
- Maintain a high level of expertise in animal care procedures to ensure pet health.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in mathematics and basic accounting relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A genuine interest in animals and their care.
