Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Micro Precision.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support and has excellent time management skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various office tasks, including coordinating field service activities, preparing reports, and maintaining a filing system.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with division managers to schedule field service activities and ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare and distribute email correspondence, memos, letters, and forms as required
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system and perform data entry tasks as needed
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers to optimize expenses
  • Maintain up-to-date contact lists and assist with travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior management to handle requests and queries from customers and other divisions
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are highly desirable

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
